*Commission starts at 20%. The rate varies depending on the size, location and quality of property. We offer discounts for multiple properties.
The property owner monthly payout reflects the generated revenue for the previous month released by the travel channels after their service fee. Service fees range from 3% to 15% per reservation depending on the travel channel.
Host on Demand adjusts the nightly rental fee on each travel channel to account for the variance in service fee rates.
Monthly financial and performance report provided along with bank account direct deposit payment.
Reservation Revenue = 4 nights x $425 = $1700
Cleaning fee = $175 (paid by the guest)
Airbnb Service Fee (3% commission on $1875) = $56
Host on Demand Fee (20% commission on $1644) = $329
Total Payout = $1315 (Reservation Revenue $1700 – Fees $385)
